The What: Brave Breed is now offering boarding services. Not only can we find you the dog of your dreams, we can now also offer a place for your dog to come stay while you go on vacation! 

​

The Why: It has been brought to our attention that there is a local need for dog boarding services. We have had countless people reach out and ask us to help. Fortunately, now we are able to help!

​

The Where: The boarding house is on the same farm as the rescue facility. However, it is on the opposite side of the property. Which is ideal to create a calm and stress-free environment for your dog during their stay.

The When: Boarding will be open 7 days a week. Drop offs must be after 2pm, and pickups before 10am. If you cannot operate within those hours, we will attempt to accommodate but we may have to charge you for an extra day. We do reserve the right to change and modify this schedule as needed. Our staffers need a break every now and then to.

The Accommodations: Our facility is fully insulated and heated/cooled. Every spacious kennel will offer 1 kuranda bed. If 2 dogs are sharing a kennel, we will provide a second kuranda bed. We will serve meals twice a day. Once in the morning, and one in the evening. We will gladly make accommodations for any dietary needs or restrictions. We can provide dog food if requested, with a case per case fee attached. Depending on acclimate weather, there will be a constant rotation of play-yard time. This gives your dog the constant opportunity to run and play. Per owner's request and your dog's behavior, we can facilitate short stents of commingled play time in the yard.

The How Much: 

-1 dog per day - $30

-1 BBR Adopted dog per day - $25

-2 dogs sharing a kennel per day- $55

-long stay rates - $5 is subtracted from each day AFTER 5 days. The first 5 days are full price.

-Medication fee - $2 per subscribed distribution of medication

-Dog food fee - Depends on the food and size of dog

**All monies are to be collected before you leave your dog with us. We will not accept partial payment up front under any circumstances**

The What to bring: Please bring your dogs essential items. This includes, but is not limited to... Vaccination records, Leash, collar, desired bed/blanket, toys, treats, dog food, medication, medical restraints, etc. You will sign a contract that releases Brave Breed Rescue, Inc. from liability of these items being damaged or lost, but we will take the best possible care of these items.

The Requirements: You will have to fill out and sign a boarding contract. It simply gives us detailed information on your dog and protects both parties from any foul play. You will also be asked to provide a valid Driver's License. We do ask that your dogs be up to date for Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies. We will ask for proof of these vaccinations. We have no breed restrictions. However, our staff members must feel comfortable and confident while handling your dog in order for your dog to stay. That is for our safety, and the safety of your dog. Another reminder, you must pay the total balance before you leave  your dog with us. If you need to add additional days to the boarding stay, please inform us immediately.
