Q. How do I get started?

•  To become a volunteer you will need to fill out an application, which  is located under the Volunteer application tab at the top of the page. Someone from Brave Breed Rescue will contact you at the number you provided letting you know the status of your application. If all works out, we will have you fill out and sign a Volunteer contract, and your journey with Brave Breed Rescue, Inc. will be under way!

Q. What are some volunteer opportunities? 

• Exercising and socializing the dogs. By taking the dogs for walks and providing them with the playtime and socialization they require, it prepares them for a successful adoption.  ​

​

• Dog Grooming. 

              Dog Bathing and brushing. 

​

• Office duties. Assisting with data entry, phone calls and online projects. More of the office side of things.

​

• Taking pictures of adoptable dogs.

​

• Event coordination and planning. This would be a huge help!

 

Q. What are the qualifications? ​

• Must be 14 years old or older. If you are under the age of 18 we require a parent or guardian signature. It is mandatory to fill out the application in its entirety, and to be truthful when filling out the application.

Q. Can i choose what areas of the rescue i Volunteer my efforts towards?

• Yes absolutely. We would love to have you doing something that you are passionate about.  Just let us know what field or area you would  like to focus your efforts towards on the application.
